Alliance Group will host a series of virtual roadshow meetings next month.

The five online meetings replace the previously scheduled meetings across the country, which have been cancelled due to restrictions on the number of people who can attend under Covid-19 Alert Level 2.

“We are disappointed we won’t be able to meet our farmers in person, but we are encouraging people to register for one of the five online meetings instead,” says Alliance Group chief executive David Surveyor.

“These virtual meetings will be a great chance for farmers to give us their feedback on what is working well, what more we can do to support them and any challenges and opportunities they see. We will also provide an update on our performance over the last year, progress on our strategy and our plans for the future,” says Surveyor.

He says Alliance has scheduled a range of times to enable farmers to choose the session that works best for them.

“While we encourage our farmers to register for a regionally-focused session, we understand that other times or dates may work better.”

The dates and times for the virtual sessions are:

  • Tuesday, 12 October: 7pm-8.30pm – North Island
  • Wednesday, 13 October: 7pm-8.30pm – Northern South Island
  • Monday, 18 October: 4pm-5.30pm – Central/Lower South Island
  • Tuesday, 19 October: 10.30am- 12pm, 7pm-8.30pm – Lower South Island/Southland
