Buyers Push Dairy Prices Higher as GDT Index Jumps 24%
Buyers trying to secure supply are keeping dairy prices at elevated levels.
The Global Dairy Trade (GDT) auction overnight saw little change in dairy prices.
The GDT price index rose 0.2% compared to the previous auction.
Whole milk powder price was down 0.2% and skim milk powder up 2.7%.
