Three nominations have been received for two vacant director positions on meat processor, Alliance Group's board.

The candidates are Gray Baldwin from Putāruru in South Waikato, Cameron Black from Riverton in Southland, and Matt Iremonger from Tai Tapu in Canterbury.

Voting opens on Wednesday 13 November 2024.

The two vacancies were created when former chair Murray Taggart retired from the Alliance Board in April and current farmer-director Jason Miller has opted not to seek re-election.

The election will be conducted by internet and postal voting using the First Past the Post voting method. Voter packs, together with information about the candidates, will be sent to Alliance shareholders on 13 November.

The election result will be announced at the Annual Meeting of shareholders in Gore on Wednesday 18 December 2024.
