Full of it

Written by

Your old mate always thought the ‘mouth of the north’ and self-proclaimed ‘provincial champion’, Shane Jones, was always full of the proverbial.

Remember when the Regional Economic Development Minister launched a blistering attack at Fieldays on the former (seriously ill) long-serving Fonterra chair John Wilson? Defending his remarks, Jones claimed that 365 people had texted him supporting his stance. However, the notorious adult movie fan won’t release these alleged texts. Media outlet Stuff asked Jones, via an Official Information Act request, to make the ‘texts’ available. But Jones, a minister in supposedly the ‘most transparent and open government ever’ has refused. The Hound suggests that in refusing the OIA request Jones shows he is suffering from a serious case of bovine scatology.
