Westland Milk director Sven Koops has resigned, just two months after being elected to the board.

Westland chairman Matt O’Regan says Koops has resigned for personal reasons.

O’Regan says the board wishes Koops the very best for his future endeavours and thanks him for his service.

The resignation will create a vacancy on the board.

“There are options on how this might be filled, which the Board will consider and advise its Shareholders accordingly,” O’Regan says.
