No cameras?

Written by  The Hound

This old mutt notes that it took the Cuddler-in Chief, PM Jacinda Ardern, a very long time to pay a visit to the flood damaged Southland.

After copping heaps of criticism of being MIA from showing support for flood victims, Ardern paid a belated visit to the region, dropping for a brief, flying visit to the Waimumu field days.

Asa mate of yours truly wryly noted, there were probably more votes for Ardern to be seen hugging members of the rainbow community at the big gay out in trendy, lefty Grey Lynn, Auckland than consoling farmers and homeowners devastated by flooding in the conservative stronghold of Southland.

Harsh, but fair!
