OPINION: This old mutt thinks New Zealand should take a bow after winning the ‘Fossil of the Day’ award at COP30 in Brazil over recent improvements to our methane targets.

Oblivious to the irony of an auditorium full of COP30 attendees who all burned many tonnes of aviation fuel to attend the blow-fest, they have attempted to shame nations like ours for what they see as inaction.

These hypocrites think the same way as Greenpeace, which misrepresents the science around methane emissions as “an accounting trick”, determined as they are to kill dairy farming.
