Consent Rollovers and $13b Savings: What the new RMA bills could mean
There was much theatre in the Beehive before the Government's new Resource Management Act (RMA) reform bills were introduced into Parliament last week.
Contrast this with RNZ's refusal to cover the latest Green Party scandal - MP Benjamin Doyle being asked by the Deputy PM among others to explain his use of the offensive term 'bussy' on his social media.
Like most media, RNZ wouldn't touch the story, until the Green's spin was released, at which point they and all 'legacy media' ran the spin, minimising the severity of Doyle's actions and attacking those asking the questions.
Cue yet another survey, this one showing 61% of the public believe the media is misleading them.
Milking It has to wonder, when will woke media start joining the dots?
