The Fonterra divestment capital return should provide “a tailwind to GDP growth” next year, according to a new ANZ NZ report, but it’s not “manna from heaven” for the economy.

The Lactalis group announced the departure of managing director Philippe Palazzi, who took office just a year ago. And they were not hiding the reason for his sudden exit.
"As the conditions for alignment with the Group's strategy could not be met, Emmanuel Bensler, Chairman of the Lactalis group, and Philippe Palazzi, Chief Executive Officer, are ending their collaboration as of February 3, 2022", explains the group in a press release.
