Quietly quietly to Viaduct

Fonterra staff moved without fanfare into its new head office on the edge of Auckland's glitzy Viaduct area.

The silent move is unsurprising given the hardships faced by farmers after three consecutive seasons of low payout.

The office in Fanshawe Street brings together staff from four locations. It is leased by the co-op, having been planned several years ago when the payout was favourable.
