Milk price certainty
Westland Milk has reaffirmed its commitment to pay farmer suppliers 10c above Fonterra farm gate milk price for the following two seasons.
Westland chairman Matt O’Regan says Koops has resigned for personal reasons.
O’Regan says the board wishes Koops the very best for his future endeavours and thanks him for his service.
The resignation will create a vacancy on the board.
“There are options on how this might be filled, which the Board will consider and advise its Shareholders accordingly,” O’Regan says.
