Oamaru-based livestock handling specialist Te Pari has bought Combi Clamp, the New Zealand manufacturer of Combi Clamp manual sheep handlers.

Launched in 2002, Combi Clamp has earned a strong reputation across NZ and Australia for producing reliable manual sheep handling equipment to help farmers work more efficiently, while improving animal welfare. The addition of the brand will expand Te Pari’s sheep handling offering and complement its existing range of Racewell Sheep solutions.

The product will be rebranded as the Te Pari Combi Clamp and integrated into an established sales and support network, so customers continue to have access to the trusted handler they know, backed by global reach and customer support.

Jeremy Blampied, global sales manager at Te Pari, says Combi Clamp is a respected brand with a loyal customer base and a proven product that has helped sheep farmers for many years.

“Bringing Combi Clamp into the Te Pari family strengthens our sheep handling range and allows us to offer farmers an even broader selection of solutions to suit their operation. It’s a natural fit with our vision of delivering safe, efficient and seamless livestock handling systems to farmers around the world.”

Wayne Coffey from Combi-Clamp said he and wife Lynley are especially happy that it’s staying with a New Zealand company that “will take Combi-Clamp forward and help even more farmers around the world”.

Te Pari says the Combi Clamp will form an important part of the company’s future sheep handling offering.
